Bill Shufelt is Founder and CEO of Athletic Brewing Company based in the US. A former college athlete and hedge fund trader, Bill fused his financial acumen and love of beer in a partnership with the award-winning brewer John Walker. Together, they brought Athletic to life after intense R&D and perfected a proprietary process for crafting great tasting, non-alcoholic beer. And his passion for the great outdoors is beautifully reflected in all elements of the branding.
Founded in 2017, Athletic Brewing Company has revolutionized and de-stigmatized the non-alcoholic beer segment, now the fastest-growing and most exciting category in its industry. Robin Mansukhani is CEO of Deciduous Therapeutics, a San Francisco based company designing novel immunotherapies to treat diseases of aging. Previously he served as CEO of Alzeca Biosciences, which focused on developing novel diagnostic imaging agents for neurological disorders. In the community, he co-founded BlueStamp Engineering, a hands-on engineering program for high school students. Robin was on the men’s ice hockey team at Case Western Reserve University.

He is recognized for his skillful administration of spinal procedures including intra-discal epidural and facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, neuromodulation, and peripheral interventions. Dr. Patel’s holistic approach to treatment combines medical innovation with compassionate patient care and underscores an unwavering mission to enhance the well-being of those seeking longevity, optimal performance, and injury prevention. After earning an undergraduate degree at Cornell University, Dr. Patel attended medical school at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He fulfilled his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at NYU Medical Center in New York. Dr. Patel holds board certifications in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with subspecialty fellowship training in Sports Medicine and Pain Medicine.

Katherine has been a member of The Post since the very beginning, and is now serving as COO. Prior to The Post, Katherine co-founded Ness, a health + wellness credit card company on a mission to make being healthy affordable and accessible for everyone. Prior to Ness, Katherine led a large operational team at Oscar Health, scaling the business through IPO. After college, Katherine served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy for 6 years, driving Destroyers in the Pacific.
Katherine holds a bachelor's degree in history of science from Harvard University and a Masters in Public Health from UC Berkeley. She completed the Naval ROTC program while at Harvard, and was the co-captain of the National and Ivy league championship women's squash team. A huge racquet sport fan, Katherine continues to compete in squash nationally and internationally, and is an avid platform tennis and padel player.

Mindy is a Track & Field Alumni from the University of Wisconsin. She actively serves Wisconsin letterwinners as an Executive Committee member of the W Club Advisory Board and advocates for female athletes via her Independent Board Director role on a privately held female youth sports brand called Rip-It. She joined NJOY in 2024 and is Vice President of Marketing. Mindy is a purpose driven marketer passionate about responsibly bringing to life Altria’s Vision of Moving Beyond Smoking™. Previously Mindy served as Chief Marketing Officer of Daily Harvest where she was helping make it easier for people to take small steps towards better eating choices and ultimately reduce negative health outcomes. She brings a diverse background from her time across various roles in CPG, retail, product, and connected devices. Nada is CEO and Co-Founder of NU Advisory Partners. Known to be a driven and direct counselor and mentor, Nada’s board, CEO and C-suite placement expertise spans technology, sports, media, entertainment, industrial, and numerous other industries. Prior to co-founding NU, Nada was a member of the executive committee of Russell Reynolds Associates, the Global Leader of Its Technology Media, Entertainment, and Sports practices as well as a senior member of the CEO & Board Practice. She spent thirteen years leading high-level executive searches and advising leading private equity and VC firms across their portfolio companies. Nada had an extensive career as an executive at digital media and software companies, including as a member of the senior team at Broadcast.com leading its sports and marketing areas through its IPO and sale to Yahoo! for $5.7B, as President of Nokia Canada, as President of Comcast Venture-backed XOS Technologies which she successfully sold to publicly held JumpTV and then merged the company with NeuLion where she remained as President. Earlier roles in sports included the Florida Sports Foundation, Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games and Florida State University Athletics.

Mary Wittenberg recently became the Acting US GM for Let’s Do This, an online platform making it easier for people to discover and book the best endurance races across the US and UK. She is also currently an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University and serves as an Advisor to League One Volleyball where she was the Founding President.
Mary has previously served as President of Gotham FC, when the team won their first NWSL title as well as the President, Commercial of EF Education First Pro Cycling, a men's World Tour/Tour de France cycling team with an ambition to "open the peloton" to welcome everyone to explore the world through cycling.
Prior to that, Mary was founding CEO of Richard Branson's Virgin Sports, an active lifestyle company dedicated to revolutionizing health and wellness through unique participatory fitness events. Mary and her team developed and introduced an innovative "festival of sport" product in the UK and US.
Mary followed her dream to work in sports after a decade as a corporate lawyer. After joining New York Road Runners, she became the first woman President and CEO of NYRR and Race Director of the TCS New York City Marathon. Mary led the organization’s transformation from a local running club to the premier community running organization. Mary and team evolved a hybrid business model that leveraged commercial revenues from running events to support the delivery of free-running programs throughout New York City while growing the marathon to the largest in the world (over 50,000 runners from 100+ countries).

In addition to his writing, Bloom is also a successful entrepreneur, owner of SRB Holdings, and the managing partner of SRB Ventures, an early-stage investment fund. Bloom graduated from Stanford University with an MA in public policy and a BA in economics and sociology. He was a four-year member of the Stanford baseball team.

Haley Janicek has spent the last eight years immersed in the creator economy, helping some of the largest creators optimize and launch their email and newsletter strategies at Kit (formerly ConvertKit). Her expertise lies in supporting creative entrepreneurs as they scale their businesses through email marketing, providing strategic insights that drive growth and engagement. Before transitioning to SaaS, Haley was a D1 Head Volleyball Coach following her own D1 playing career. She was inducted into the Vandal Hall of Fame in 2022 for both her coaching and playing achievements. At 23, she became the youngest D1 Head Coach in the country, earning recognition as an AVCA Top 30 Under 30 coach. Now a mom of three, she still enjoys coaching but has shifted her focus from the high-stakes college level to the equally competitive world of 10-year-olds.

Her expertise has been featured on NPR, and published on Design Observer, The Dieline and Branding Magazine.
Meredith holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ohio University, where she played NCAA Division-1 Women's Lacrosse. She is currently a Volunteer Assistant Lacrosse Coach at the University of Cincinnati.

Prior to starting Shift Group, JR was Chief Revenue Officer at Pillir, a low-code platform company based in Chandler, Arizona. He joined the company in the fall of 2019 to take over the go-to-market operation. JR built a successful partnership with AWS - achieving the top status as an ISV Partner. He built a scalable and repeatable sales process for the early-stage company and was chosen as one of CRN’s Top Channel Chiefs for 2021. JR has also served as a sales leader at Turbonomic, which was acquired by IBM in early 2021 for a reported $2B. Before Turbonomic, JR spent several years as an IT infrastructure reseller in the Greater Boston area.
